How can i send a message directly to a rioter?

So i recently made a post that meant a lot to me. I specifically had @Riot in the title to atract a rioter's attention towards the discussion. After 2 days now, no one replied... i understand that there is a lot of people trying to communicate with you. Is there a way to send a direct message to Riot games?
