So I am level 30 on my account ,but whenever you click on it says I'm level 4. Please help. Also sorry about making click baits ,and threads that had no information on it. Wasn't meaning to harm anyone since I have seen people do it ,and get no punishment please check this out riot support or anyone. You can click on my main and ur see that it says im level 4.

I had a summoner name swap awhile back ,but the issue i was having back than was fixed.
