Had my post removed about the Sewn Chaos skins and just realized there's a huge overlap of what should go in 2 different boards.

Fan-created content including skin concepts, new champ concepts, fan fic/art all go in Concepts & Creations along with things like game mode concepts, summoner spell concepts, and item concepts.
