I've noticed that there have been a lot of people getting troll downvotes for no reason. I've even seen posts recently about people chasing other people around downvoting them. I was wondering if you have a system in place to handle people who give a consistent amount of up/down votes within certain time frames. If not can we get a system, its rather stupid to see people getting downed for no reason.
I don't know about anyone else but once in a while when I go to upvote or downvote someone I will get a little popup image that has a image of 
and it says sorry that is unavailable right now. Like if I upvote a whole thread or something. I think that is in system so that you can't go off and mass downvote.
Or there are certain threads where OP doesn't like taking criticism, makes a thread about permabans, and wanting sucky champs like Urgot to be nerfed.
The moderation on the boards is actually done by people, not a system. I think they believe that as long as it's not on a large scale (like downvoting every board on the front page with 4 smurfs), you can downvote whatever you want.
