Can We Have a New Report Thread Option for "Nonconstructive"?

The amount of threads I see that are simply vent threads about a champion being OP when they have no proof to back it up or direction for the discussion is overwhelming. I'm ok with people making threads about champions being overpowered, but at least say why and how to fix it, or maybe just link some winrates. A report option for nonconstructive would really narrow down the thread count and leave room for the important threads to shine.
