Unite the forums

The forums all have been linked together, but there is no unity. In my opinion there should be only one board, not one for each region, even though it is linked together. Here is a specific list of things I'd like to be altered:

1. The menu's should be the same. All links should link to global boards according to the topic.
2. in follow-up of point 1, there should be only one forum for each topic. At this moment there are two bug-report forums ( http://boards.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/suggestions-bug-reports-en and http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report ) and probably many more such dissensions.
3. The boards profile should list posts made on the entire board, not on the region-specific boards.
