Will there ever be community creates subboards?

I know fan created competitions like Factions and Create a Champion could really use their own forums. Pendragon hinted in the past that this would be possible-is there any update you can give us on this?

I think it's a potential plan, but there is so much to finish before that sort of functionality is added.
