When I want to Create a Discussion, I don't always want to have it on the topic I'm currently in.

If you're in one of the Board's subcategories ("Gameplay", "Story, Art and Sound", "Laughing Fish GIFs") and try to post a discussion, it automatically locks the topic on the one you were on. This is so annoying, can Riot fix this?
