@Riot, how is feedback posted long after the original thread was posted handled?

If someone replies to the OP of a thread, 2-4 days after it is posted, will their thread be buried despite the fact that they may make a good point?

I'm not sure if this is the case, I'm just asking: How does the new board system handle new posts? Are they ignored if they don't get enough upvotes?

Are old topics bumped?

Do new posts get shown?

@Riot, could you tell us about how the mechanics work with posts made about old topics?
