Riven's current champion page has, as far as I've seen, been hacked and should be fixed ASAP. The problem in question refers to the scaling on her Q described. If this has been noticed, please reply!

The correct scalings should be 100x less.
It looks less hacked, and more like the scalings were input as whole numbers and then modified mathematically to be %'s.
It looks correct. Have you ever played against a Riven?
Why did you think it was hacked, rather than just a mistake? If someone was gonna hack they'd do more than add 0's.
