Board Preview is HTML Escaped

The hover tooltip/post-preview on posts has HTML escapes (< becomes < and > becomes > for certain; probably other associated cross site scripting escapes are there too) instead of the actual characters. Tiny thing but probably a quick fix too. Mildly disconcerting.

EDIT: Okay so now the board is taking my posts and interpreting it... Umm

< becomes AMPERSAND+LT; and > becomes AMPERSAND+RT;
