When I refreshed this page in an edit (fix my Gyazo pic link) it reappeared as an old Yorick thread I saw (and was not the author)! You guys are doing wierd shit with your boards lol.

Yep. I opened up the boards just a few minutes ago, and found the same notifications.
I don't know if it's related, but at the same time, a bunch of replies (about half the red ones, a few others) broke on a recent thread I've been following.

I made a thread about this too... and when I refreshed the page there was a link to the movie taken scene when he says "I will find you and I will kill you" followed by a copy/paste of the forum etiquette rules. I am a tad freaked out.
