Doesn't Miscellaneous mean anything?

I mean, why is a post asking about where I would get placed after placements not allowed in Miscellaneous? Last time I checked, Miscellaneous was random stuff and I don't know how rank has anything to do with Gameplay.

Could you at least make more distinct sections for something if not allowing people who don't know where to put stuff to put it in Miscellaneous? I mean, the sections are so extremely versatile yet half the time it still isn't the right sectiom.
