A ongoing list of problems with the beta.

Fullscreened browsers only display text in what, a 750ish PX wide column. If I have a window 1920xp wide, there is no excuse for a column thats 3/8ths of my screen wide.

The fact that you cannot easily track new developments: A 'discussion' might have new comment posts, but how can you tell where they are? Non linear posting is BS. In addition, since it default sorts to 'hot' new disucssions are not easily seen.

The level of usless space taken up by annoying graphical bloat detracts from the actual format.\

This is just reddit. Nested, hot sorted comment threads with the actual content of the nests repressed beyond belief is a platform people can discuss things on. Your community is demanding forums, with good forum features. All you need to do to your current forums is to remove the +1/-1 votes and give a method of easily tracking threads and your own posts.

This format does not support the level of discussion (100+ page threads) with the level of clarity your community desires.

You are abandoning BBCode in favour of some unreadable special character vomit.

We hate this. We have r/leagueofledgends we do not need this.

Allowing content to stretch all the way across the screen would create an uncomfortable reading situation. Eyes become fatigued as they read across lines, and if the lines contain too many characters, it actually has a negative impact to retention and reading speed.

Not being able to easily locate new posts really irks me.

I think the list of discussion topics needs to be streamlined a bit. If this community ever gains popularity like the other forums, someone on a low resolution laptop monitor will literally have to scroll into oblivion to browse the topics. My laptop I am using right now can only display 8 at a time. Far too few in my opinion. I am assuming this is more tablet friendly, but it is not for your average laptop.

Every time I type before or in the middle of a body of text, it returns my selection to the end of the body... it's really freaking annoying lol.

Agreed

Agreed. The reason I even post on the forums and not Reddit is because Reddit does not promote discussion. It promotes a circle-jerk of agreeing.

I am all for improving features and allowing post the community agrees on to be more easy to find for developers, but with this current format any good comment that only has a few upvotes can get washed away easily in the sea of comments.

It is also quite hard to follow a discussion when my only choices are the most upvoted or recent post. Where is the option to actually follow a discussion?
