Some Riot employees look like regular league players on forums with no riot title?

It's been a little confusing seeing some Riot employees, such as Ghostcrawler, not having the title of a Riot employee on the forums and them looking like any other regular league player especially Reds that I don't recognize but then see them posting about what they're doing to the game. Is this intentional? Or is it a bug?

is anyone else getting this? Or is every Riot employee that posts have a Red Riot title with the Riot logo for you?

There are 3 things that you cod be talking about:

Riot employees who don't have Riot in their name. Not a bug.
Riot employees personal accounts that they use when they just want to pretend to be normal players - probably not what you're taking about.
Riot employees who don't show up as red yet. This means they either haven't gone through forum training yet or their name just hasn't updated yet. This is a bug.
