Can we please have a legitimate way to report bugs?

The current way to report bugs, via posting them on the forums, is honestly horrible. They get buried, half of them are very poorly formatted ("I died and Lee had a bug"), and it's really hard to know which bugs have been reported.

We need a page that is formatted.

A sticky with an outline of how to report a bug. A list of stickied threads of bugs that have already been reported/fixed. A check mark to show that a Riot employee has acknowledged the bug and will start to look into fixing it.

Please. I can list at least three bugs off the top of my head right now that are still in the game but despite posts about them they never get to who needs to see them.

There is a post on how to properly report bugs stickied to the top of the report a bug forum. Getting buried isn't an issue, they just look at that board individually. It isn't like they only see them when they are the top of the Hot list.
