Do Rioters ever go their, because it is a Treasure Trove of good ideas for both Champions and Skin ideas, but I rarely see any sign of a Rioter. please comment if you guys are thier

I feel like it`s for people to feel like they contribute good ideas, but they really wont be seen by riot,
There was a Rioter comment at one point to point out how a certain skin is only available through a bundle, which shows that they do actually read it. Could be a case of they like some of the ideas but at the same time don't want another Ao Shin incident (i.e. they officially commit to something and reveal it too early but issues come up in implementing it in game)
