Recent still isn't very recent

Look through any first page of discussions. A good handful are by no means recent. The Concepts & Creations board has 6 posts that are over 9 months old. I expect Recent to show me threads that are pretty new but gaining a little bit of traction.

Recent includes comments on a thread, not just the age of the thread. If you want to view threads chronologically, I suggest using "New".
