Easy ways to make sure your Players can't give you feedback:
(1) Make Captchas completely impossible in every regard, or (2) Make lots of the letters look similar, or (3) Make them always be wrong no matter what the user inputs.

1: Everybody hates Captcha 2: It works because it's difficult 3: What exactly is Riot supposed to do? 4: If you can't read the Captcha, refresh it. That's what that button is for. 5: Seems like you logged in just fine. What's the problem?
