the type of place that was made so we (the consumers) could feel like we have voiced opinions, wile in reality our opinions are very rarely taken in. BUT if someone comes up with a good idea that would be profitable to RITO they're all over it? I mean yeah they do answer when we make complaints(sometimes), but its usually the most condescending type of customer feedback support like "Thank you for your input" When they really mean to say "shush we'll release a new skin soon soo this whole thing blows over and you'll still give us money, pleb."
