Heya all - just wanted to put out a friendly reminder that most of the people on the team working on this hang out in this pvp.net channel a ton and we love it when people drop by and have conversations with us about the system!

To all those that didn't quite understand, PVP.Net is their client, so he meant in-game chat.

To join him (although he left like 2 hors ago nvm, back on), just

  • click on the message bubbles right of your friend list
  • click on the (+ bubble) icon slightly higher
  • type in communityplatform
  • press enter
  • enjoy

To bad most of the time Rioters are afk working or afk doing something else to provide feedback in most cases :P

I've joined the channel and intend to have beneficial correspondence in it, but for now I must rest. I hope to catch everyone when I've had proper snooze-time :)

Some good discussions happen here. Most of the people you guys want to talk to about community feedback (Though their freedom varies as they're often working) are:

  • Pendragon

  • Krylhos

  • MoltovCarrot

  • Montag

Keep in mind these guys are here to get feedback and discuss ways to improve the community. Though discussion sometimes veers off course, the general idea is to focus on ways to improve the community, not so much "Can you nerf <x> he is OP".

  • **this pvp.net channel **
  • I don't understand what that is? How do I join you? P.S. Pendragon you're awesome.

I'd rather they have conversations on... you know... the actual platform that they made. Or the old forums. There's tons of good, constructive feedback in that Community Beta thread you made in General Discussion you know.

You can't seem to do anything right...

  • Make official announcements and AMAs on non-Riot sites like Reddit instead of your actual forums. (I found out about them from going to Reign of Gaming.)

  • Converse about Community Beta, not on the actual Community Beta, but in an on-game chatroom. (Isn't that what this Community BETA is for anyways?)

Rofl.

Any plans about including the EU community as well? Or you're just gonna stick up with the NA players as you did so far?

I'd be nice if I could browse for channels like communityplatform in PvP.net

I didn't know about this channel until you brought it up.

Just pushing this up as Pendragon is a cool dude and hanging by in there.

New Special Game Mode: Summoners will once again be able to battle on the original Twisted Treeline map. Those who never had the chance to experience the sheet brilliance of the old map are in for a real treat.
