[SUGGESTION] Deleted comments do not show as "Deleted" as long as there are no replies

The deleted comments don't really add anything but clutter to an already somewhat cluttered mess.

Of course if they are the topic of discussion, then it would be weird just to have people replying to an empty void, but I think that otherwise, we should just leave deleted comments out.

Not that it's that big of deal but I don't think it would be that hard to change anyhow.
