Time in Regards of The Boards

There seems to be a problem with time, as I can look at when a discussion is posted, it always says it has been up for at least two hours. Also when I checked the red posts' time stamps are wacky, saying they've been up 9 hours, and the next day the same post has apparently been up for 4-5 hours. Thought it might be important to bring up, might just be me, but if not, might need to be looked into.
