Can we have a scroll bar when editing thread/comments please?

This is getting on my nerves. Everytime I wanted to edit some little things on threads/comments that are pretty long, I literally have to hold the Down Button to get to the place I need to edit. It's just pretty annoying.

So as the picture shows here, can we have a simple scroll bar on this white circle here for clarity? Tq
