I know that Riot loves reddit a lot because they have more posts on there than on here. They do AMAs and what nots without reference their own official site.

My idea is to just get rid of these boards and their website in general. This will free up some resources to focus more on LCS and creating skins (could also fix some bugs and and maybe hire a writer or two but I know how they feel about that). Maybe, just maybe you could also create a server on the east coast for all of those east coast players with these new resources that have been freed up thanks to scraping the boards.

Removing the Boards and the website in general would, in my mind, result in a huge amount of negativity spiraling out of control. That and literally deleting an entire community, of course.

Are you sure you want UX designers and community managers creating skins and attempting to do server work? I certainly don't.

They have already discussed what they're working on in regards to the NA server architecture multiple times, including a very detailed thread recently. Please do some research before continuing to just assume Riot is being lazy or spiting you.
