This forum and my first impressions.

First time here. Thought the other forums that Riot made were there to host discussions on new champions and VU or reworks, but it turns out that they would rather post that information to Reddit or surrender at 20. Then I learned that this thing existed and this will now be the only way to talk to anyone (though I would much, much, MUCH MUCH MUCH prefer not coming here at all in the current setup).

The first, and only impression I have of this site is simple: Is there any way whatsoever to take away Reddit-esque features?

They have no place here in these forums, and having to use them will, at least for me, make me never want to come here and post. I would rather get my news from surrender at 20, as well as patch notes.

TL;DR Please get rid of Reddit layout.

I would also want you to be aware that having this system in place for a forum such as this is not a conducive element for a community such as this.

What if one thread raises many great topics on balance, or another thread with many a fan for Urgot showing their support for a VU and/or rework, if no one upvotes, or if no one can see the thread in question because they are too busy in other threads with waifu discussions and circlejerking (MUCH LIKE REDDIT IS NOW) THEN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOOD WILL COME OF THESE THREADS.

HOW IS THIS SYSTEM ACCEPTABLE?
