I think my boards profile needs to be synced up

So I have been trying to reply to different boards and post comments, but it keeps telling me that my account need to be a certain level, (7, 4, etc.) yet my account is level 30. I would like to know how to fix this problem, because I would really like to comment on posts. Also, when I am on the boards home page, it won't let me click the post a discussion button, claiming that I need to be level 7, yet when I go to my boards profile, it lets me click it, but doesn't show any of the boards other than the help and support one as options to post in.
