Can't vote on comments.

So, I can't vote on comments. I can vote on polls and reply to posts, but I can't vote on comments. Based on other comments, I think all other non-NA users are experiencing it, too.

Even before, this would occasionally happen, but I'd just reload the page and it'd eventually fix itself. The key: the top of the page. If the region thingy on the top left shows NA, the top right will either have a text saying "LOGIN" or a large red button saying "Play Now!". In both of those cases, I can't vote or comment. If the region thingy shows (correctly) EUNE, the top right will always have the texts saying cshakes | logout | support. I can then vote on polls and comment. However, I can only vote on posts or comments when there's a small box visible, displaying my summoner icon, level and responses. The box will not display outside the main index (works for all sorting methods), from where I can vote on threads.
