Regarding Board Report options

What to do with completely useless posts in a discussion? Is Spam the appropriate option? I feel it does not really suit it, cause in my eyes there is quite a difference between Spam ( Links to Boosting Sites ; Repetition e.g) and posting without real value either as threads or as "answers" to discussions. Except in M&G of course where everything is one big clown fiesta of course.
