View counter broken

I created a topic under story and art im reloading outside of the topic to see if i got any new views or comments then i noticed something if you reload the page inside of the board you can rise the view count by 2. To make sure i was right. I reloaded the page 3 times outside of the page and see if the view count rose nothing happened. But i did 3 times inside the page backed out 6 views had been counted. To further test this i went inside someone elses discussion and the same thing happened. Just wanted to let you guys know Rito.
