Tooltips on items/champs

We don't have them on the Boards. I don't know everything in the game, and it'd be nice to just hover over an unknown item (show of hands, who knows what is?) and have a tooltip tell me what it is, rather than giving up or junking up a thread with tangential questions.

It absolutely was feedback about Boards, but I can see how a mod who looks at 4000 threads a day might have misconstrued my original wording. No hard feelings; I've updated for clarity, but if a mod sees fit to delete this, could you at least let me know this time where it goes? Because it is feedback about Boards.)
