Make a "Rant" section

Basically, the entire boards is filled with rants (and some for good reason...), especially the Misc. section, so just make a new "Rant" section to contain it all.

They will still spam other boards though. We'll only see double the ranting.

I would love that board. I can vent there instead of Misc.
