Can you tell me how support question to Tribunal system mechanics and policies is not part of HELP AND SUPPORT FORUM. THe FORUM DESCRIPOTION IS NOT SAYING IT IS NOT PART OF IT: Actually, tehre is NO DESCRIPTION WHAT HSOULD BE PUT WHERE.
To me it seems RIot tries to hide all queries to their policies and decisions instead of answerign to them.
Questions about the Tribunal, since it is a Player Behavior system, would go to the Player Behavior & Moderation board.
Your complaint is not something you can change, you are neither an important employee or high status member of the Riot staff to complain about their Terms and condition and Summoners Code, This is their policy, their right and their legal obligation to protect themselves, their staff, their company and their business.
Support forum is for your problems with the products, not the company.
If you really want answers, seek legal advise and fight to get them from them, but as a company, they don;t have disclose company secrets and decisions to you who is just a customer.
