Looks fun, but as it's a leak I'm not going to get my hopes up too much. Although I will say I keep seeing Lucario's Final Smash with that ultimate. XD

Also his passive is something of a silence. Look at the picture, that annie is silenced(unless there is some part of his abilities not mentioned that silences). Not my idea, saw it elsewhere on the forums
Interesting concept. His q mechanics seem really interesting. On paper his ultimate seems kind of terrible as listed as I interpret it, but I could be misunderstanding it. Seems like a fun character though. Also where's the passive? :(

Is Vel'koz a watcher? (Lissandra raising an army to bring back the watchers) Or is Vel'koz a baby Baron Nashor? Or is Vel'koz just a champion from the void, with not too much significance to Lore. (Like 
Etc...) Or will this bring along an entirely new stream of high difficulty medium cool down DoT based champions? [Your thoughts?]
i like the concept that vel'koz can hit an enemy and his hit does both ways at a 90 degree angle. great for team fights if you hit a guy in the middle!
I heard it didn't have a gap closer or escape?
