What determines whether a Rioter will respond to a post or not?
I've been curious about this for a while as I've seen people get on the front page of the boards with legitimate questions directed at Riot that go completely unanswered by Rioters,(I'm not talking about those "Omg this is soooo op" posts. I mean the posts that say things like "Does Riot plan to implement a replay system") but I've seen them respond to some posts that have barely gotten any traffic at all. Some Rioter feedback would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Don't take this as me bashing Riot or anything because i'm not. I just wonder why some posts seem (keyword SEEM) to be ignored and why some posts are not. Like are there specific rules that PR imposes that prevents you from replying to certain posts or something?
