Boards randomly logging me out

Hey guys! Im back after being AFK for about a month, and that's because I got logged out of my boards account, with it not recognizing the password and/ or username that I put in, even though I wrote it down on paper.

I'm the only one in my house that knows my computer login information (Which could prove bad for me later on, but I digress)

I was randomly logged back in one day, and I have no idea how or why.
