Voting on Comments

Disclaimer - this has nothing to do with Sona.

Go to one of the many Sona threads in "Gameplay & Balance". What do you see right at the bottom? Mixed in with the stupid, unhelpful comments you have a few fairly well thought out comments with more down-votes. Why?

I believe that this is because those particular threads are being visited by more Sona supporters than otherwise due to the content in the OP and the thread title. As such, some opinions are drowned out.

I understand that many in the Boards (particularly "General Discussion") dislike Reddit, but they have one thing going for them. A controversial button. I believe that one of these may be useful to anyone looking at threads like the Sona threads to get more than one opinion.
