New Feature: Follow post?

I am not sure if this is already available or not (from what I have seen it is not), but I would like to be able to follow a post that I find interesting (complete thread or just a reply from a red or someone). Sure, I can reply, but that only gets me notifications for those who reply to me and not the actual post itself. Like I said earlier, I am not sure if this is currently available, but I would like to receive notifications to specific posts/replies instead of hunting them down again.
