Adding a Charity Board to the Boards

It would be interesting to see a Donation/Charity Board in the Boards. Here, newbies or oldies could post a thread asking for a champion, skin, or RP. Then a more generous player could gift the original poster. In return for the gift, the generous players could ask for a drawing, writing, etc., like Rito does when a player needs a little bit of RP. And, simply put, if someone doesn't like the idea, they wouldn't have to visit the Board. Inside the Charity Board, players posting contests could also post them there. That way, anything involving a gift would be put into the Board. I simply got the inspiration from Gaia Online and the way they have set up their Forums. Thanks for reading![slayer-jinx-catface]
