Looking for someone to train me?

I have no excuse for losing in Ranked games. I won't go on a rant about how my teammates suck. It's me. I've played Jungle, Middle, ADC, and Support, and my stupid decisions add up. I have TeamSpeak, but no Skype. I would love for someone to attempt to train me if they had the time. However, I don't want someone who will constantly get angry and flame me for every mistake I do.
