Is it possible to look at our own chat logs?

After a bunch of Ivern games I've had plenty of arguments with other players and have received a ton of insults. I'm just wondering if I could somehow look at my own chat logs and see whether or not I'm being toxic (I know I'm being anti-social/argumentative) and straight up insulting others or something.

Not sure if right place to ask either but whatever... and to people who ask "wow man you can't even tell if you're toxic? you must be toxic". After a 20+ minute game I tend to forget what I said or did that results in receiving insults, this is especially true as a jungler who makes early plays a lot.
