does riot do anything about trolls/feeders?

I just had a duo. that i checked that played multiple matches together. played both full ap blitz crank. and ap shaco. now. i know you can build llike that. but not in ranked. as I checked their profile is saw the same behavior multiple times. almost no cs. and lost most of their matches. does anything happen to them? or do we just ban the people that get salty because of behaviors like this that ruin our experience. you know its a game. but i put time to rack up my lp score. and because of scumbags like these people. the time i put is just wasted.
