Alright, ok I'm ok with players getting banned

But come on, on this account, I've never had any suspension. Not lying, it's an alt account and I barely use chat, mostly VC with friends (and yes, not even low priority queue, neither chat restriction)

Ok so :

I said this to my premade, in a joking way (yes, we always say this as "kiss your sister", I know, it's dumb and risky).

But really, banned 14 days because of 6 letters ?

Absolutely. As you said, it's dumb and risky, and you're playing around with a zero-tolerance phrase. While it's fine if you want to do that in team chat to your premade group of 5, the moment you have a player not part of your premade that stops being okay.

I mean, I personally agree, but the important thing here is what's okay in League, not how the OP and his/her friend group choose to interact. That's not really something it's my place to comment on.

This is correct. It's still risky, definitely, but that's still the only situation where it's at all acceptable in League.

What they mean is that if your pre-made wasn't a full 5-man group then it's unacceptable, and no amount of "oh I meant it as this" excuses will change that. Even in a full 5-man premade it's still very risky like you said, as one of them could easily take it the wrong way one day and report you for it, which would leave you in a very similar position as the one you're in right now. In the future I would highly advise avoiding trying to skirt the line with zero-tolerance policy phrases or really any punishable behavior for that matter regardless of whether you're in a full premade group of friends or not.

Alright thanks. I was only with one premade there, and I admit it was really dumb to say it. But Jesus, are people so weak that they're frustrated and reported me for saying what I said to my friend ? (It was obvious it was aimed at him). For me it's still abusive

You have to understand that what you and your friend sees as joking other random strangers may not, especially when dealing with things like "kys", which is almost always associated with the phrase "kill yourself". Many people have tried to pass off "kys" as meaning something else entirely to no avail. Regardless though again it's really not something you should be joking around with if you don't know who you're playing with/against. Also if you're gonna joke around with random strangers then make sure that they also know you're joking around rather than expecting them to get what you mean automatically.

Remember, jokes are supposed to be funny, and these kinds of jokes are typically not.

Are people so heartless that they ever think there's an acceptable time to say "kill yourself"? Because lets be clear, that's what everyone else in that chat saw you say.

I've had to help someone back from the brink of suicide before. It's seldom just one thing that puts a person in that position, but rather just one more thing can be the straw that breaks the camel's back. On one particular occasion that was someone telling them to "kys" because they were playing Soraka and doing well. It was a long night spent trying to keep them from jumping off a several story building. As you can imagine, I'm very much in the camp that "kys" does deserve an instant ban.

Pick another joke. Preferably something that others seeing it will think is actually funny.

The only case I've ever seen that is was even borderline was an ARAM where the player meant a teammate should intentionally let his champion die so he could buy items. I think the punishment was reduced (not reversed) and even then, the consensus was to find a difference, less volatile way of expressing it.
