That they want to discourage toxicity yet they add emotes which could easily be used as taunts? I mean, seriously, you want to stop toxicity yet add in something that could be used to passively mock someone like the blitzcrank emote, and before you say "you can mute emotes" yeah it doesn't work on those things, because I still see them even when they're "blocked".

one way is to use the blitzcrank emote an obscene amount of times after someone goofs ult, that's one way to harass.

Not really, I tested this on 20 different people and they all got REALLY annoyed with me, one went and cussed me out.

I've seen both sides use it this way and it gets EXTREMELY annoying since I can't silence them.
