Doesn't it seem a bit of a contradiction?

That they want to discourage toxicity yet they add emotes which could easily be used as taunts? I mean, seriously, you want to stop toxicity yet add in something that could be used to passively mock someone like the blitzcrank emote, and before you say "you can mute emotes" yeah it doesn't work on those things, because I still see them even when they're "blocked".
