Pre 30 games

Its not new information that there is a high degree of toxicity in pre lvl 30 games, for lots of reasons. Maybe people are legitimately new and dont know yet what they can / can not say or do in game. Maybe people created a smurf for the express purpose of trolling, or maybe your main got banned for whatever reason and now you are in low level games ruining the game for people who may otherwise have enjoyed the game.

Whatever the reason for it, it is of corse unacceptable. But i think that riot should take an even harsher stance on toxicity in pre level 30 games than they do post 30. These games have new players in them who are still learning the game suffering through any number of insults you can think of simply because they don't yet have the experience needed to make good decisions in game.

I find it doubtful that riot actually does anything more than they are currently with regard to pre 30 games, but i personally would love to see harsher punishments which are flagged faster (ex if post 30 you need 10 reports to get punished then in pre 30 it should only take 5) maybe remove the 2nd chat ban and just go straight from first chat ban to 2 week ban.

After some games on my smurf the other night i was recently reminded of how bad it really is pre 30, i would honestly rather be placed bronze V every season and have to climb out of it than go from lvl 1 to 30 again.

Tl;dr reports at low levels should trigger an account review sooner / with less reporting needed than a post 30 game.

Maybe stop being so sensitive to what people say and playing the victim role... instead take into account that you need to get better.
