I assume that isn't a hypothetical question, but I don't see anything in your post history about you being permabanned (unless it was another account). The process to contest a punishment is to submit a Support Ticket; it might take a couple days if the ticket backlog is large, but be patient because they absolutely will get to it as soon as they can.

I recommend following these ticket creating guidelines to help grease the gears for a smooth experience with player support.

Hmmm.... Lazy? Probably not as much as me, but in general perhaps, they aren't differently abled, per se, but here's how you should think about mods and customer support at Riot in general.

Make believe that you are making your case to your Grandma who doesn't own a computer, and doesn't play league, and you'll find things a lot easier.
