Trolling without Chat

Everyone complains about the ragers who chat, but there are many people I see abusing their teammates through other more subtle methods that are unlikely to get them banned, but are actually more effective at screwing over your team than raging, some of these involve chat, but the actually trolling itself comes from the action:

1. Ping spam - someone who thinks you're bad will constantly ping fall back even if the bush is warded and enemy is miles away. This is not to be confused with someone who is actually using pings effectively, sometimes it's hard to tell, other times it's obvious.
2. Whenever they're caught in a bad spot or about to die, they will immediately ping you 'assistance' even if you're nowhere near by, so they can immediately follow up with 'WTF xxx champ why didn't you help me noob'
3. Letting you Die or get Hurt intentionally - they will go in with you, and then purposely run away to let the enemy get a few hits on you, so they can proceed to call you a noob for your 'mistakes' and continue to flame you
4. Whenever you come to help, they will leave lane or recall at full health even if it was a good time to gank, and then act like you're a noob for coming to lane
5. Using champion abilities such as Tahm's or Anivia's Frost Wall to troll your teammates
6. Doing no damage to champions and then using an ability to finish off the 20 hp enemy, and then claim you are 'terrible at getting kills'
7. Using ability such as Zilean's Ult at an inappropriate time and then calling you a noob for not using it

I just had a game where someone was doing nearly all of this to 1 player in our game, but I've seen this shit so much I just had to post it.
