Players using Bots to Level their Account

This has always been a problem, but lately I've noticed it a LOT more, getting 1 bot every 2-3 games at least. In the last 10 games, I've had at least 2 games where I had at least 2 bots. 7/10 of them were in ARAM, 3/10 were in CoOp vs AI

Not all bots are the same, but here are some obvious signs, that alone don't mean much, but when you see them together it becomes more significant

1. Walk under tower and won't even try to run away, and sometimes will run away from an enemy that has 1 hit left
2. Exact same builds between multiple characters, even getting mana on Garen, etc, or won't buy items at all
3. Either doesn't use spells at all, or uses them on empty space
4. They usually get the summoner spells heal and ghost, and will usually use heal at random intervals even if health is full
5. They will recall at specific positions behind the turret
6. They will move back and forth (glitch-like) in certain positions
7. Looking at match history, gets a score similar to 0/15/1 in every game, the exception to this is some bots that are actually oddly good, like Morg bot.

It's very easy for the other team to take advantage of especially in ARAM, our bot teammate goes in 1v5 under turret every time and free kills for the other team.
