My mid was toxic and my jungle quit, both ruining the game
So I held my tongue and just quietly reported both of them for ruining the game. What punishment do they get out of this?

in my experience they get jacksh*t so i just stopped reporting and hoped to god i never saw them again

If they have a history of doing actions that are deemed punishable, then they will be punished. 1 game will never result in a punishment unless you literally put ban phrases out %%%, if the boards doesn't show it you know what it means. Slurs are banned
Sorry to say, but chat restrictions and maybe a 14 day ban for the quitter. Again only if they have a history of doing it.
