Over the past few days I've seen some terrible things said in post game chat. I report them but I haven't gotten any notifications that any of these people were punished. I captured just 2, but its been more like 4-5 recently

Why do people get away with saying anything they want in the post and pregame lobbies? I thought there was a system to detect this, but I guess I was mistaken?
Jo0o3 votesAs a matter of fact, if you look at threads Riot Tantram has recently posted on, one guy got specifically banned for his post-game lobby chat while having neutral in-game logs.
Dunno how consistently those lobby chats are examined, but it does happen.

*two, actually Well, second case was a chat restriction, but still.
PulsarPollo1 votesI guess most people just leave right away and don't really report others for toxic behavior.
